Udman Panchshila Park by Ferns N Petals, South Delhi

The rooms very spacious and clean, and had incredible natural light! The staff is super courteous and service was prompt. The location is great and easily accessible. Check in and check out were smooth. One of our rooms had an early check in and Umesh Kumar made sure our request was considered. It is totally value for money! I will certainly recommend it to anyone I know if they’re travelling to Delhi.

The staff were excellent specially the front desk, Really sweet and always accomodating. The restaurant food was extremely yummy.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. We chose the superior double room with breakfast. The staff were very professional and polite. We had no complaints with their services. The breakfast buffet was incredibly made every single day. Lot of variety and everything tasted delicious. The restaurant itself was beautiful, with an outdoor garden seating area. The room service menu though, was quite expensive. We ordered on a few occasions, tasted alright. Outside food was not allowed due to covid. The room was beautiful. Our room had a view onto a private club next door with a basketball court. It was nice considering the weather when we visited. Bathroom was beautiful. Separate shower area with good water pressure. The rooms were cleaned and maintained well. One thing that could be improved; they could put up a larger TV screen (our room had a 32 inch). The hotel itself was built beautifully. Loved the hallways and the corridors. The reception area was pleasantly welcoming. The location was amazing. It was a posh area with beautiful, picturesque houses around the area. They did not pester us with payment. We paid during checkout time. Also, we arranged for them to book for our airport drop. We were taken to the airport in a beautiful large car. Again, no complaints. Overall, it was a lovely stay at this hotel. And I recommend it to anyone who travels to Delhi. Infact, if I ever visit Delhi again, I will make sure to get a room here.

Friendly staff who was there with a smile to help. The housekeeper Jagdish was so nice and made sure room is arranged everyday. Food is fine eventhough not much of a spread. Recommended for business travelling.
